We had been planning to sell our home... and the 2020 pandemic "accelerated" our plans in March! We had bought and sold with Tanya a few years prior (she got us the highest price on record in our townhome community which was awesome). This time around we listed exactly when things started to go on lockdown. It was terrible timing, lol. But Tanya did an amazing job of rolling with the new reality... we got top of the line photos and 3d tours done (and even drone shots!), she came down to do virtual tours, and she was very respectful of all the brand-new COVID-19 precautions, not only in our home but in communicating them to all the people coming for showings.
